After purchasing you will recieve a Welcome Letter with all the information, videos and study materials via email if you have not received it check your spam folder. Training materials need to be mailed you will receive a tracking number within 72 hours of your purchase. All mailed materials are sent via 2 day priority mail with signature confirmation. Once received you wil then contact us to schedule for your mock session.  You will receive your certifications at the end of the course. Also included is how to get started and recieve clients.
